I seldom meets a man who doesn’t want to have a successful life. That’s a fact of life. Every one wants to achieve any measure of success in what they do. Victory At All Cost?

What can be more important that winning? I remember watching a movie about football. If you are familiar with this movie, I believe Sandra Bullock was in that movie, let me know if I am mistaken. Anyway, one segment on the movie was two high school football players springing high off the ground trying to catch the ball in midair. The teenagers collided and fell to the ground in a tumble of arms and legs. Before one could get up, […]

There’s an old saying, “Before you judge a person, walk a few miles in his or her shoes.”‘ In other words, before finding fault with others’ actions or deeds, we need to stop and ask “How would I measure up under the same circumstances?” Have you ever taken time to think about what it will be like when you are old enough to marry and become a parent? Yesterday was one of the greatest surprises in sports, particularly tennis. Seeded number 2 Rafael Nadal was spanked out of the second round by an unknown in the name of Lucas Rosol. At the start of the match, I had Rafa winning in three straight sets, honestly. But Rosol came playing unbelievable tennis, and snatched the match away from one of the greatest of all time in 5 grueling games. As the match progressed, I thought it was Nadal who […]

One of many good things that Facebook has brought to humanity is the ability to share something that may otherwise have been difficult to share without it. People from all over the world can easily share their thoughts, inspiration, reading, etc to their wall in an instant, and allow the whole world to gain from what is shared. Today, one of my facebook friends share this extraordinary line of wisdom. “If you DO NOT have a goal, you will end […]

Today I was able to have my workout again. Almost two weeks and I haven’t had a good sweat. I quickly notice 2o minutes into my workout that my stamina has drop considerably.
