3 Things I learned From the 2nd US Presidential Debate

This is just my humble opinion on the 2nd US Presidential debate last night. Here are 3 things I learned.
1. Obama did MUCH better than the first debate. He actually showed up and was breathing. On Style and Body Language I give Romney a slight edge. I can’t say he dominated Obama, Obama wasn’t bad either and actually had some backbone. But Obama did looked to me as someone who was caught sticking his hand in a cookie jar.
Credit to him and his team, he did came out very aggressive specially early on in the debate.
2. On substance I feel that Romney Won. He had one particular answer where he listed off the Failures of the Obama Administration for 2 – 3 minutes and I thought that was pretty devastating. He also confronted Obama on oil drilling and caught him in a lie.
And he came up with a 5 point plan for his administration. Whereas, Obama relied on presenting the status quo as good enough for the next 4 years. WEAK.
Not good enough though. But is just me.
3.Romney’s most devastating blow COULD have been the (Libya) crisis if not for the blocked by Candy Crowley the moderator. But Romney could have press on that more. But he did made his point by asking Obama to confirm his statement. But nonetheless a missed opportunity.
I thought the moderator was doing a pretty good job of being impartial until she slipped. She tried to protect Obama on Libya but later admitted she was wrong and Romney was right. Bull.
I know I said 3 things, but I could not help but say this.
4. We need a better moderator in the third. Perhaps a Rush Limbaugh maybe?
I am looking forward to the third debate. Perhaps this time we will get to decide more clearly who is better to take the reign of the world’s largest and most influential organization.
What do you think? Did Obama dominated Romney to even the score as some suggested? Or did Romney made a convincing move as to build his lead from the first debate?
I can’t wait to hear your comments!

Hello! Quick question that’s completely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My website looks weird when browsing from my iphone4. I’m trying to find a theme or plugin that might be able to resolve this problem. If you have any recommendations, please share. Thanks!

After study a number of of the weblog posts in your website now, and I really like your way of blogging. I bookmarked it to my bookmark website record and might be checking back soon. Pls take a look at my web site as effectively and let me know what you think.
Hi Saul,
I have taken a look at your website. Pretty neat. I am not master of aesthetic myself so, I have nothing to comment on the looks. but you got something going for you there.

Hi alysha,
Yes, I have already thought about it several times and in fact I am laying out how to go about creating my first e-book. I would appreciate if you can share any ideas you have.
thanks,
Richard
This pisses me off as a NJ Republican and I do not think that I am alone. I feel colptemely disconnected from my party now.We want a real conservative running in 2012 not some flip flopping closet massachusetts liberal!Since Christie basically rules the NJGOP with an iron fist, I now see the direction the plan on taking. I will be sitting this 2011 election out for sure. Clearly none of the NJGOP supported Republicans are the types of conservatives that we should have running our government. And to think, if the Governor had just worried about staying home and working on NJ issues for the next month I would have come out and voted for the GOP in the 2011 election. Now I don’t have to waste my time.
Well, it is your right to be pissed at someone you think doesn’t deserve you vote. But what we are looking at is 4 years of governance that will directly affect all of us.
A wise advice would be to just choose the lesser evil…
thanks for the comment,
Richard
